درباره همایش

این گردهمایی بین المللی با موضوع تغذیه ورزشی که یکی از مهم ترین موضوعات تاثیر گذار بر عملکرد ورزشی و همچنین در حفظ سلامت وپیشگیری از بیماریهای مزمن می باشد برگزار خواهد شد. موضوعات اصلی شامل جدیدترین مباحث علمی در زمینه نقش تغذیه صحیح در عملکرد ورزشی، مکمل های ورزشی و ارگوژنیک، آب و الکترولیتها و مدیریت وزن ورزشکار در ورزشهایی که دسته بندی وزنی دارند که توسط سخنرانان مدعوع خارجی و داخلی، ارائه و نتایج آخرین دستاوردهای علمی و تحقیقاتی توسط پژوهشگران داخلی و خارجی و پانلهای پرسش و پاسخ و سمپوزیومها جهت ایجاد محیطی برای  تبادل نظر و ارتقاء سطح عملکرد پزشکان، کارشناسان تغدیه و تربیت بدنی در ارائه رژیم های غذایی صحیح برای ورزشکاران، معرفی جدیدترین ابزار و وسایل ارزیابی وضعیت تغذیه ورزشکاران در این رشته، معرفی و برگزاری کارگاههای عملی و کاربردی در زمینه تعذیه ورزشی در اردوهای ورزشی، ورزشهای قدرتی، استقامتی و همچنین اهداء جوایز  پوسترهای برتر در سه روز برگزاری می باشد .

دکتر رضا غیاثوند دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و مسئول کمیته تغذیه هیات پزشکی ورزشی استان اصفهان و همچنین پژوهشگر برتر کشور می باشد. وی دارای مقالات و تالیفات متعددی در شاخه تغذیه می باشد و در کنفرانس ها و سمینارهای متعددی شرکت نموده است که در زیر به برخی از آنها اشاره شده است:
